Description:
We provide Residential,Commercial lighting, and residential furniture.
We purchased this business from the previous owner and have overcome the issues they had within our small community. We owe the balance of the purchase price to the previous owner who also owns the retail space. When he is paid in full we can move to a new location. We are in the process of securing the new location as it is a much more desirable spot in the heart of Prescott. Our operating expenses in the new location will drop by 2/3 and we will then be in a profit situation even with taking into account a new loan payment.
We are looking to secure financing fairly quickly to move forward with our plans.
