Description: Each of us has different influences in the group which makes us different from other girl groups before our time and present. me I like old school music from the 50's to the 90s like Ella Fitzgerald, Duke Ellington, Phyllis Hyman, Gladys Knight, Chaka Khan, Patti LaBelle, Tina Marie, xcetera. There is another member on my team who loves K-pop and pop music in general but k-pop a big influence for her. Another member loves rnb. so we all have versatile influences from classical to gospel and that's what makes this so different because we want to babysit all our influences and genres into our music. Our influences range differently from snsd, girls generation, destiny's child, envogue, aaliyah, sammy Davis Jr, Janelle monae, ledisi, Clark sisters, madame butterfly, etc. Its ranges in different genres. Our ages range from 22-24. as a group we all agreed that if we had to choose an artist from today we would like to become, it really wouldn't be anyone because there is no message in the music anymore, no depth or feeling. No one I would call upon to listen to in my time to heal, cry, laugh. if I turned on the radio I would turn it back off because there is no song that I would want to listen to over and over again and then still listen to it 10 more times because I just like the song that much I couldn't get enough of it. There is no music like that today. Its mostly where do we want to be in a few months which is performing all over the world, singing and giving great messages of what we have been through as women and the diversity we have overcome, and the challenges we have come across because of how we represent ourselves, our family and community. In a year I see us broadening more horizons and getting music back to the way it was we k ow it won't be overnight that the change will happen but we know with the faith we have it might. 2 years we see ourselves investing back into what others have given us we have a lot of ideas but no one to listen to them or believe it will happen. 5 years we might all be married with kids but still changing music, becoming ambassadors and helping girls like us who went through the struggle we are going through right now and helping them the way you and maybe others helped us. 10 years we are still together winning awards, building a legacy, becoming a success, and finally can smile and say we accomplished the goals we set for ourselves and them some. This is everything we believe in and everything we hope to accomplish. I want to tell you our group name if we do work together. all of us in the group have struggles, trials and tribulations. We are the outcast in life because we view the world and music alike differently and we don't care. If it means we can better our country them so be it but we don't want to wake up in the morning, liquor sales in the mirror and say we didn't try. our biggest goal is achieving and striving for success. We've been rejected and have had no's but we grow from that, persevere and keep going. All it takes is that yes. Every legend was told no only to laugh in the face of the one who turned them down. Hopefully you'll be the yes. We are more dedicated, more strong, and very hard workers. We travel to each other states because we all live in different states but that's shows we love what we do and are willing to travel the ends of the earth and back to get (URL removed) want to add more girls and we are hoping you can help with that.
