Description:
Personal Computer Sales and Service. Have over 14 years self-study in PC Repair, configuration, networking, server administration, hard-wire and wireless networks, Internet ISP, and website administration. Started a small PC Shop in the basement of a ministry home where I live and work in leadership of the home/ministry. Has profited 50%-100% average during approximately six months since startup. I buy pentium3 and 4 PC's at low price, upgrade them when profitable, test with diagnostics, restore software, and place them in retail market for a profit.
My plans are to gain enough capital, and a good location near South Kansas City, MO and Grandview, MO for a retail store. Servicing and sales of computers.
I have a very new idea about PC service. Plan to lease 'booths' in my store to certified technicians (possibly and very likely college students involved in technical studies) that are equiped with electronic diagnostic equipment as well as software tools/diagnostics for every type of PC service/repair. Plan to have the store open early in the morning and stay open until late at night. Will offer same day repair service with personnel that will pickup customer equipment at their home before they leave for work or after they are home from work, to be repaired and returned to the customer within 24 hours. Also, plan to have store open early enough to allow customers to drop off computers on the way to work and pickup on the way home.
Have considered this well, and have alot more idea and plan to make this business better than any PC repair shop in the Kansas City area.
