Intuition Investments, LLC owns College Plaza Shopping Center, across the street from Alabama A&M University, in Huntsville, Alabama. I am 100% owner of Intuition Investments and Int. Inv. is 100% owner of College Plaza. Kiplinger's financial newpaper is about to name Huntsville, Alabama as the #1 city in the country to start a new business! We have a Volkswagon plant and a Toyota plant just outside Huntsville, plus 11 military bases are in the process of moving to Huntsville (google BRAC for more info), and also Huntsville is the home of the U.S. Space Center. Because of the financial climate at present, I have been unable to refinance College Plaza with a conventional bank. Have received 4 loan approvals from lenders, only to have them close or lose their commercial funding prior to my loan being funded. I have 3 loans on the property, totalling $1,085,000, and the property was just appraised at $1,675,000. My credit is excellent, and the property will cash flow nicely as soon as the refinance is done. I have all the necessary documentation any lender would require in electronic form.
