Description:
Cottage Industries is a real estate investment company that began primarily doing historic renovations and other rehabs in the popular fruit and nut district of Fairhope, AL. Due to our great success we were able to expand into design consulting, new home construction, and land development. We currently have two pocket neighborhoods underway based on our model of incorporating timeless architecture, substantial building materials and attention to scale into our projects. We are seeking to expand our business into the Mobile area and and the Mississippi Gulf Coast where there is such a need post-Katrina.
