Though this is a start up company, and we need start up capital, we have been involved in real estate purchasing for many years. Suzanne's mother was a real estate broker in this area for 40 years. Suzanne has personally owned properties for 30 years in Hawaii, Arizona and California. Barbara has been assisting Suzanne for 20 years in her Hawaii properties. Suzanne and Barbara have been attending the Trump University Real Estate seminars and workshops... wanting to take advantage of purchasing financially distressed properties over these next few years as Foreclosures escalate. We need basic start up funds to research and line up what we think are the best financially destressed properties to purchase in Ventura County. We will pay private lenders 14-15% on investment.
