MTC Promotoins produces themed convention shows. Our up coming Converntion for Twilight - The book series and soon to be released movie, is in need of additional funding. $150K has been secured, and additional $200K is needed. The event focuses on fans meeting the stars of the film with picture sessions, Q & A, autograph sessions and much more. 12 stars from the film have agreed to appear as well as the book series' author, Stephanie Meyer.
A full proposal is available that includes an FAQ sheet,show cost and revenue chart, marketing plan and event organizer/ staff bios and history. We are behind on our funding timeline and the show is in jeapordy of not going on.
