The Company is a research and development company of Bio Technologies that develop health wellness products . Vital Plus is our brand for antibacterial that controls bacteria, fungi and virus. We have 5 products (URL removed) are natural ,organic herbs that are very effective on flu relief ( protection fro flu and also on H1N1 too) , diarrhea relief , sinus problem and also pain relief ) . We also will launch a new weight loss program on the internet in a very near future (probably next month will be ready to launch) Now we need $500,000 funding for :
1. Build functional website and also pay for the on line marketing promotion.
2. Applying FDA approval , patent, trade mark globally.
3. We have 45 days turn around time on internet sales. We need $200,000 value of the products to secure the supply of products to our customers ( This does not include the traditional wholesale inventory)
Since our business model is not only selling products. Eventually we will start our Franchise wellness center in North America and will promote to Asian with a very unique business model. Our planning is to expand this business globally and go public in Hong Kong stock market in 3 years time ( we have strong contact in China and are ready to expand the China market, so that the listing in Hong Kong market is actually the expansion to the China market).
