Description:
To whom it may concern:
Hello my name is Susan Goetz and I am a partner of Kidversity Clear Lake.
I am writing you today to see if you may be interested in our investment opportunity. Kidversity Clear Lake is a start up childcare facility in League City which is a suburb of the Houston area. Our area has seen significant growth and developement in the past several years which increases a demand for our type of business. Our facility goes above and beyond the offering of other centers in the area by providing not only regular (6:30AM - 6:30PM) services at reasonable rates but we have extended our "regular" hours till 7:30 with no additional late fees. Aside from the regular services we are also offering drop in hourly care, late night hours till 11:00PM, Saturday hourly childcare, and Saturday Night Lock-In's. We will also the the FIRST and ONLY facility in the area to offer a well child room. The well child room will take children that cannot attend regular child care because of normal childhood illnesses such as but not limited to a runny nose, loose stool, mild fever, colds, etc. Having this type of care will help professional parents who have high profile positions that do not allow them to call in sick because their child is sick, and also for those parents who have chronically sick children and they have a hard time keeping their employment because their children are constantly sick. We will only be offering this service to full time students enrolled in our facility. This facility is required by state law to be essentially seperate from the rest of the building requiring the room to have it's own ventilation system, and entrance. Because of the state requirements our facility will ultimately have NO competition because other childcare's would have to re-build in order to accomodate this type of situation. In addition to all of the ammeneties listed above we will also be offering an outstanding educational program that goes above and beyond state requirements and the No Child Left Behind Program that is suited for the childrens age groups. We plan on submitting our program to the N.A.Y.E.C. for membership. Because of the type of facility we are creating, we have no other option than to build which increases our start up costs significantly. We are currently working with a bank for and SBA loan but we are looking for investor funding as well. We currently have an investor interested in funding 25% of our requirement. Over 95% of our start up costs are for the land and developement, as well as tangible other assets that can be used as securities with the company. If you are interested in viewing our business plan and supplemental information please contact me at (URL removed) or (Phone # removed). I look forward to hearing from you soon.
Best regards,
Susan Goetz
