Now, the day comes delivering tough times, followed by good times, followed by great times. At Sederon we believe that great times are on the horizon, the question is will our TEAM be ready. Yes, we say TEAM, because that’s what we are looking for a real TEAM. After spending time and tracking both the franchise field and the business opportunity field we realized how many individuals are looking and have the real desire to have their own business. So many have the desire, but so many lack the understanding and they are usually going into a business that they felt was a good idea and the field they were entering into was out of their realm of experience. We have witnessed, spoke with and read about hundreds of individuals that have tried to go it alone with some disastrous results, yes some have made it and yes, we believe everyone should try. We have witnessed individuals that were up in age and cashed in their savings, mortgaged their homes and like so many start-up businesses went without pay and failed, going alone is tough and in a field outside of you realm of experience is even tougher. After looking at this and realizing what we were trying to accomplish we felt the “The Perfect Storm” was creating “The Perfect Opportunity” for our company and for a select group of individuals. We have taken a long hard look at our company, our concepts, our potential and our goals and determined the positions we must fill and field in order to achieve our goals and our true potential.
