Description: I and my partners just opened our coffee house doors, Java Dave's Coffee, on May 14, 2006. It's a beautiful site in an area with demographics of 95,000.00 plus per household. The community is also in major expansion mode with new homes/families coming in daily! We are looking for between $100,000.00 to $200,000.00 working capital to grow this coffee house to the success it will become. Thank you for your time.
