Abubaker Enterprises is going to be an export/retail sales company. We will be purchasing merchandise from closeout/liquidation wholesale companies, exporting it overseas and selling them at a storefront and at wholesale for business customers. Currently, we have a storefront overseas and are selling dress, casual and athletic footwear. We have merchandise available to purchase to expand our business but need the funding to do so. We want to expand and sell apparel, toys, electronics, and general merchandise as well. We have been purchasing merchandise from wholesalers overseas that import there shoes from the USA and we would like to eliminate the middle man.
We are confident in our venture, as we have only been in business for less than one month and are already profitable and have customers inquiring about additional merchandise. We have accessed our pontential profitabilty after expansion, and we can pay our investors back within one year or less. We need up to $30,000 to purchase the additional merchandise, and we can pay a 20% return on investment.
At the moment we have not formed a corporation, however, if we obtain the funding we are in need of, we plan on incorporating and opening a business account and operating the business as an independent entity.
