First of all, thank you in advance for taking time to review this information. I am looking for a business partner for establishing a healthcare BPO in India of medical transcription and medical billing. Please find below all details of the project.
INTRODUCTION: Since the last 6-years, I am serving transcription companies, practices, and hospitals that require nothing but the best to run their operations seamlessly and cost-effectively. With transcription operations in the India since the last 6-years, we offer our physicians the best of transcription service with a combination of high-quality, speedy turnaround, 24x7 transcription services.
PROJECT DETAILS: This project is for medical transcription to service physician groups, clinics, and hospital of Unites States. I am also working on a large project for a $1B+ Health Information Services company in the USA that would like to offer transcription and speech editing services to their 12,000 Small Office Physician Practice (SOPP customers. They anticipate a 20% penetration or about 2400 customers to sign on in the first 3-6 months. On average each office can be expected to dictate 2500 to 3500 Virtual Lines per month. Therefore we could expect 6M to 8.5M lines per month.
PARTNER RESPONSIBILITIES: I am looking a partner who can do some business development related activities in US for adding new client base of medical transcription to grow the company. Partner will also need to collect all payments from the clients for whom we are working; it will be done biweekly or monthly as per client contract.
TRANSCRIPTION PROCESS: I would like to start with low volume of work in medical transcription just to make sure that everything will go fine and for smooth running of business without any interruptions. In starting, I would like to start with strength of 10 MTs, 3 QA1s, and 1 QA2, which can easily be ramped up depending on the work volumes. We can start work within a TAT of 12 to 24 hours on a 3-tier system of (MT+qa1+qa2). We can begin anywhere around 10,000 lines per day to begin with. When we find everything is going nicely, then we can increase the volume of work anytime. My main motto in the whole process is to provide world-class transcription services with prompt and accurate delivery; and I dedicatedly stick to it.
START-UP COST: I will invest all money in this company, partner just need to work for all business development related activities for adding new clients in the company and partner will get 50% profit from all income of the company. We will open a separate joint account in a bank from the name of company.
SALARY OF EMPLOYEES:
Medical Transcriptionist: 450 US dollar per month for 800 lines per day.
Quality analyst: 600 US dollar per month per month for 1500 lines per day.
