This is a recreational dispensary business to be located in Orange County California. The property currently pending license is 6,000 sq ft of retail location in a city that allows vertical integration of retail as well as possible manufacturing in the same location. The total cost of the project is estimated at $5,200,000. I am seeking an investment of $3,800,000 who will own part of the business and/or will lend funding at a high interest rate to be paid back in 5 years. The team consists of myself with a quality background in drugs and an investor and a guide who currently own a micro business with storefront dispensary. 6 months into the business, will see a possible expansion into cultivation in the facility.
