We are starting a bed and breakfast in a fast growing town with no place to stay overnite within 6 miles. There are two of us women both with years of business experience but need to get start up costs as soon as possible, we figure we need to start with a minimum of 10K but would be most comfortable with 20-25K. We have the property and many of the furnishings, just need to get it going.
