The Perfect Intro's mobile app allows employers (targeted retail companies, customer service and sales positions in which communication skills, personality and sales/customer services skills are necessary) and staffing agencies to hire quicker and smarter without having to sit in interviews with unsuitable candidates. Employers can post a "branding" video to attract the best talent and advertise open positions.
Employers can ask job seekers to respond to some questions so employers can narrow down the field of candidates so they can focus on suitable candidates sooner and hire quickly.
Perfect Intro will save time and money and allows asychronous "pre-interview" to get the recruiting started.
