I have been buying and selling homes in the Phoenix, AZ area since 2002. I am looking for private investors who can provide short-term financing (1-2 years) secured by Deeds of Trust with low LTVs on residential real estate (mostly single family homes and condos/townhouses) in the Phoenix area.
