I am looking for investors/partner to develop a new RV park in Azle, Texas.
I have 9.18 acres of prime land near the new Super Walmart. The area is booming and there is not enough housing. Along with need for places to live on minimum wage, this is also a booming gas drilling area. Well and oil workers are coming in by the hundreds.
I did alot of research, and most Rv Parks in the area are full or close to capacity.
I am planning a park with approximately 125 spots at a rate of $225-$325 per month plus electric. Water paid. I also plan to put in a community building with a coin op laundry and vending.
