We interface with the buyer and seller executives to ferret our their specifics regarding product, pricing and contract procedures. We have relationships with major fuel buyers, e.g., DELTA AIRLINES, SHELL USA, HESS ENERGY, as well as key fuel resellers, e.g., BARON ENERGY, PaNAK, GLOBAL MARKETING, and others. We also seek relationships with financial providers which have the capability of EXHIBITING Bank Comfort Letters to bridge the transactions for the buyer should the buyer have limited current resources. In a typical small transaction, the JV financial partner may provide a BCL for $50M for 10 days and receive 50% of the profit in the neighborhood of $25M of $50M.
