Description:
Fish 4 U is a small scale freshwater/ saltwater fish store with large scale goals. We are breeding reptiles and rodents as well so we can offer reptiles and rodents for high profits. I have 15 years experience with aquariums and everything that goes with them, My reptile expert has 4 years breeding under her belt with many of the snakes being sold for 500$ or more. Being in the Midwest the pet industry is growing at a crazy rate. last year when i started the business there was only a small handful of people in my market area but we quickly came to realize that we had to turn our focus towards a large store with plenty of stock to supply the ENTIRE STATE. I had regular customers driving 4 or more hours just to come buy from our store. I had enough capital to get up and going but there are many of things i cant yet offer my customers. With proper funding and my awesome business plan I plan on being a wholesale with a retail store as well increasing profits by 60-80%. I have my current wholesalers ready to stock my store. We just need start up capital to expand to a larger location with room to keep a good stock. With this new store and the large stock orders we will also be selling everything on our website to hit other markets around the world. Currently in my business plan im looking for $100,000 for start-up capital. I can provide a spreadsheet showing where the funds will go. I can work with less funding but i believe that in order for me to meet my wholesale goals i will need to have employees full time so i can concentrate on the future of the investment. The coral market is where the huge profits are. I have tanks growing out corals right now. Once the corals are gown large enough i can "frag" them into small sellable sizes for 20-100$ each and i can get upwards of 30 frags off of a grown out coral which only costs me 40$ to grow depending on species and growth rate. 600-3000$ off of a single coral might not seem like much when you factor in 6 months or so for grow out time. but when i have hundreds of corals growing i can get 30 frags every few days. The profits solely from coral frags goes into expanding my coral production and freshwater breeding production. Oh yea i forgot to say i also breed 75% of my freshwater stock to make even more money. If i expand my store and operation expect an awesome pay off!! I look forward to working with you! Thanks in advance.
