build single family timber-frame homes. I generally do the design and construction. I do have an architect that stamps the structural loads and whatever else may be required in the particular area. I have an opportunity to acquire one project currently that has a pay-off of 300,000 and needs approximately 100,000 more to complete. It will be worth 650,000 to 750,000 upon completion in the spring. I am familiar with the project and would like to finish it. I would be willing to take on a partner to help with the financial end of it and share profits when it is sold.
