I am an individual looking to start purchasing repo and HUD homes to improve the local neighborhoods in the Central Ohio area. We need $40K of seed money for a one year period that will turn a 25% profit to the investor. I have a group of friends that get together to work on the houses after work and on the weekends. Each has a goal in mind for their share of the profit. The first two years, the profits will be turned directly into the purchase of more homes.
