We are a manufacturer/importer/wholesaler of a unique crystals product line. These crystals are engraved with high tech laser machines in China, and engraved with Major League Baseball Stars and Logos (yes, we are licensed by MLBP and MLBPA). The product line has been launched and already to sold to MLB Stadiums around the country. Our company and products will be featured in the two newest Baseball Stadiums, Yankee Stadium and Citi Field, which has further enhanced our brand and probably help to ease our sales penetration to all Retail Tiers, beginning with Opening Day 2009. We are already financed and structured to sell approximately $2 million for calendar 2009. We are looking to increase that threefold, and exponentially, from that point. MVP Crystals, will be a manufacturing driven company. As such, we are looking for Venture Capital to build a solid China and Domestic manufacturing foundation to take advantage of our unique brand of product. In addition to wholesaling to the $2 Billion Sports Collectible market place, we also have two additional revenue streams, using the same laser technology, private label of corporate gifts and premiums, as well as custom laser engraving (which will also be featured at Yankee Stadium and Citi Field).
