Description: Network Investments Group is a strategy company that first developed the idea for the company to syndicate multi-family commercial apartment buildings. The current problems in the economy has presented us with a unique opportunity. With the companys affiliates we have established relationships and are able to purchase real estate at pennies on the dollar (approximately 10 to 15 cents of the tax assesed value). By utilizing these homes with property management and seller financing the homes with land contracts and not as rentals we wil open the doors to several exit stratagies. A multi-family dwelling normally is purchased for 20 to 60k per unit and rented out for $400 to $1000 a unit and with the overhead you will make approximately 50 to 100 dollars per unit or around a 12% roi. With moving into seller financing homes we are purchasing each unit for approximately 4 to 10k and mortgaging the properties for 350 to 600 a unit and with overhead we will make approximately 315 to 540 a unit or around 80% roi.
