My partner and I have a great product we would like to take to market, and are seeking capital. We have put together a finance model for reference. How we plan to market our product is through a TV commercial campaign. This product will not be available in stores. We have used (URL removed) numbers of 112M households in the USA, with each household having at least 2 of our product. Our product would sell for $24.95 per pair, with shipping and handling charge of $7.95. Our cost with shipping is approximately $13. Also planned is a website, to be introduced shortly after the TV campaign has started. We will sell the promoted TV product on our website, as well as other similar products, with different qualities, attributes, and household uses. I estimate we would need between $1-2M to make this venture successful.
