our goal is to purchase real estate, fix, repair and sell for working capital for the next one. then as we have capital we will purchase property and fix it up to sell to an individual we call our neighborhood hero this is a person who can not purchase a home in a traditional manner due to kids, illness, divorce, military deployment etc. we will act as the bank and get them into home ownership for the better of the family, neighborhood , country etc. I expect to return all loans and investments on a six month rotation with a 10 % interest return. this starts with the first purchase of a property. our interest in property is a wide range I will work with trailer park investments up to and including all property that will turn the investment into a paid off investment. my area has all the property one can handle and then some. I am not looking for a large return on each property I am and will get a good return on each property so all involved get a good living and a happy life.
