I am looking for investers in a Realestate developement for Breckenridge Colorado. Land purchase price would be 5 million and developement costs would be up to eight million dollars. This would create 56 lots adjacent to Breckenridge ski resort which would sell for a conservative $500K per lot. This is not a fix and flip proposition as nothing happens fast in permitting in the High Country. However, the trend in realestate is contuinuously up in Summit County with buildout occurring in two years. Summit County is still pre Aspen and Vail with the need for premium lots being a solid commodity.
