PRO-TEK Covers is an innovative US patented product design that provides a superior alternative to traditional tie-down slip covers or bulky tent covers for the protection of most types of standard motorized vehicles and boats when a garage, carport or covered boat dock are not available. As a small manufacturing and marketing business model, our core product is designed to be an affordable, collapsible mini-garage that offers full weather protection, flexibility, portability, environmentally-friendly application and broad consumer appeal.
Our owner/management team has many decades of business development, management, marketing and manufacturing experience. We have a complete business plan that includes a full review of operations, manufacturing and marketing plus sales and financial projections. Our business strategy includes a Plan-A and Plan-B rollout to accommodate timing and extent of initial investor funding.
We are in the second stage of prototype development and have a strong product design engineering firm ready to take the product design to market-ready status. We also have both our offshore parts manufacturing and our stateside product assembly and fulfillment operations ready to launch. To complete our second-stage prototype and move forward in our operational and marketing strategy, we will need incremental funding. We would prefer a single investment source to carry the company through its first two to three years. However we are prepared to consider alternatives and welcome al serious investor inquiries.
