Marty's Pub is an established restaurant/pub in Converse Indiana. They have been in business well over 10 years. People come from all over Indiana to go here. This is a very minimal risk investment and I am looking for investors to help me acquire it. The current owners are wanting to step down and enjoy their retirement but they are picky on who will take it over. I am a friend of the family who owns it so, of course, they would like me to take it over. The company is making a very good profit and show no signs of stopping.
