In 1998 after having spent approx 29 years of hands-on exposure to upper-end residential and commercial sub-contracting, I formed Rayco Commercial, Inc., with the distinct purpose to bringing to the market with what I felt was a vastly needed commodity. Honesty in business, integrity of thought, and diligence of purpose, which were intense traits from the old school mentality. Too many general contractors were, at best, not providing jobs, leaving the jobs unfnished, leaving a trail of unpaid vendors and labor. Based on my 29+ years of experience, I felt the time was right for this venture. Rayco Comercial hasn't been active for the past 6 years due to a divorce in 2004, and have in just the past few months re-instated the company.
