Description:
PL8SCAN is the first license plate messaging service to get the model right. We're not JUST about bad driving or dating and we're definitely not a reverse license plate search. At PL8SCAN anyone can send a message to any license plate about anything AND get replies. A key discriminator is that this can all be done by text messaging also - including text message replies.
We maintain privacy and don't require the use of "official" records. Once users grasp the concept they embrace it. Messages run the gamut from "You have a light out" to "I waved from the Mustang - let's talk".
The service is online and active. Enhancements are planned to turn it into a dynamic Web 2.0 social networking service. We're seeking funding to add the enhancements and deploy a marketing campaign.
