Description: NuEnergy Technologies is a developer of renewable energy technologies primarily in the areas of solar, wind and energy storage. We are an early stage private company and we own all rights, title, and interest in several proprietary renewable energy technologies for applications in global industries including transportation, residential, industrial, defense, and others. Based in Tampa Bay area of Florida. Our Founder and CEO, Dr. Hector M. Guevara, Ph.D, installed the solar system in the White House in 1979 and has more than thirty years of experience and international recognition as an inventor, successful business executive and a leading visionary in the utilization of sustainable energy resources. We recently completed our Phase I "Proof of Concept" on a D.O.E. sponsored grant for a method of powering light rail systems, Sky Train, from a renewable energy source. We are now in transition for Phase II, which is a prototype development project. The first fully operating and passenger carrying system is being scheduled for mid-year 2011 at the Tampa Museum of Science and Industry. NuEnergy is developing a paradigm changing solar panel product that converts heat to electricity, and which has passed “proof of concept” stage, and needs funds for production of a prototype and commercialization. We have rights to finish development and deploy a revolutionary new wind turbine system developed in Germany, that solves all efficiency problems in current wind industry and is far less costly to produce. We have Department of Energy and National Science Foundation grants in the pipeline and we are working with Florida State Universities and the Museum of Science and Industry in Tampa on propulsion systems for a Sky Train people mover that will run on solar power. Presently our deliverables are in the area of feasibility studies for hotels, cities and companies that wish solar, wind, storage and/or hybrid systems. We have business plan which is being modified and stock available. We have top management in place with Dr. Guevara (technology), Mr. Sigal (Marketing), Margaret Dolan (Harvard MBA-CFO) and Rolando Alcovar (Latin American Sales-huge market).
