We have a Auto Service & Towing Facility in Rockland, Ma. We also have a Dealers License from the town for 25 cars (with space for 50) We haven't had enough capital to invest into the car lot portion of our business to make this a very profitable branch to our business. We keep on average about 5 cars and we sell on average 1 per week. I have been in the business 10+ years and this business here is really making a turn for profitability. I am looking for assitance getting this lot up to 20-30 cars to really secure a steady profit and cash flow.
With 25-30 Cars I am targeting for a 3-4 Unit per week sales target. The units I sell are in the 2500 - 5500 range that are not more then 10 years and reasonable miles. I move them quickly and typically dont hold on to much inventory for then 2 weeks..
