Build solar energy plants. This investment will benefit an entity with a large tax obligation. As soon as energy begins to flow, a federal tax credit of 30% and a state credit of 15% of cost of construction applies--$50M+. In addition, plant is allowed to be amortized at 20%/yr. for five years. We have successfully built nine of these plants.
