In my 30+ years experience in building light commercial and residential construction, I have developed a unique light gauge steel building system that is easy to mass produce. This system lends itself well to standard and custom residential, light commercial and modular markets. HugheSteel proposes now to build a plant to produce the basic industry standard track and stud building materials, fabricate the buildings, build completed modulars (coffee huts and so much more) and sell excess track, stud and steel roofing/siding materials under one roof in one fairly compact easily managed plant. My experience in passive solar is extensive and my designs, combined with the light gauge steel, incorporates many energy savings and unique solar aspects. This concept is unique to the building industry because it incorporates so many process in one place, done easily and mastering control over not just material cost but the greatest wild card, labor costs! These buildings (mostly homes) will easily endure 150+ mph winds. All of the components are fabricated from standard stud and track material, rolled from two rolling lines, there will be two sizes, two gauges and one separate rolling line for color roofing and siding sheets. I am in the early stages of putting this package together and I am looking for someone who can get nearly as excited and enthusiastic as I have always been for this idea. I am looking only for initial funding for the presentation, professional business/marketing plan, a good CAD/Animation system and incidentals while I secure total funding.
