The Senior Team, Inc. will own and operate Senior Place Finder. It's an online web and mobile site that enables seniors and their families to do smart searches that finds and lists only matching assisted living communities and residences. These are based on both the search criteria and the criteria entered by the residences. The system will interface with the 50,000 assisted living residences (RCFE) nationwide. Senior Place Finder can change the industry by removing the vetting process and the humiliation of being turned away. It also offers users a great savings in time and energy that currently goes into getting to the place that Senior Place Finder puts them in a matter of moments. Even its main competitor, A Place For Mom cannot serve its clients as efficiently as Senior Place Finder will. Communities are accustomed to paying a percentage of the rent and care for a referral that converts into a move-in. We will do the same thing but our cost is less and we offer a financial incentive to the user to move into an assisted living. We believe our system can open up the elder care industry to many more people, who currently are afraid or put off by the process. We plan to build business relationships beyond our direct customers to include doctors, hospitals and skilled nursing administrators, realtors, medical suppliers, pharmacies, etc. All helping seniors and families while also receiving a referral fee and a lot of good will. We currently do this work on a small scale. The addition of an online system will open the company up to accessing 100's of 1000's of seniors and family members each month.
