I am interested in taking over a small restaurant/bar inside of a local country club that caters to 400 residential homes and an 18 hole golf course. I would like to lease the exsisting space that has already been set up. The owner of the golf course and club will be leasing the space free for one year. I would be responsible for electric, 1/2 sewer and water and maintaining the equipment already in place.
