We are a Revenue-stage software firm in the Business Continuty market. We have recently signed a world-wide resale agreement with EMC Corporation that will require VC capital to support EMC and growth of other OEMs and VARS. EverGreen is family-owned (father, two sons) and has had no sucess raising venture capital in the past.
