Castlegate Homes is a custom home builder and developer incorporated with its mother company 2045590 Ontario Inc. in December 2006. During the past couple of years, interest has grown for us to move forward and pursue projects as they become available. Especially now, the time is right to secure in-fill lots for development and construction of mid to high end homes within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). In addition, there are several other opportunities that have arisen regarding wind turbine farms and collapsible housing for large project sites around the world. Required immediately would be $5.3M to start the ball rolling on all fronts. We are looking for long term financing (10 years) to achieve our goals as set out in various business plans.
Funding is threefold:
1) custom home divison requires $ 3.20M - $3.2MImmediate
2) wind turbines farms requires $21.10M - $2.0M Immediate
3) collapsible housing requires $100K - $100K Immediate
