we are looking to start selling selling working interest shares in domestic oil and gas drilling programs. Presently between myself and my partner we have over 45 yrs experience in developing direct participation drilling programs, having drilled oil and gas wells in twelve states. We would like to take advantage of the increase in oil and gas prices and our many years experience in the industry. In the past, when oil prices were $12.00 a barrel we were able to raise a million dollars a year in drilling programs. Need to raise the initial capital to purchase suitable leases and set up a sales office.
