Spirit Interests is looking for 500k in startup capital. Spirit Interests is a high-volume helicopter tour company we will provide tours in and around the Las Vegas area. Spirit Interests has contracts in hand of over 6 million in revenue that needs to start August 1st, 2018 with over 2 million in EBITDA with only 2 helicopters and 1 helicopter backup for the 1st year and over 3 million in EBITDA the second year. We also have a staff that has worked with us for over 3 years in past ventures. Our NET PROFITS will run well over 30%. Our 2 Principles in this venture have been in Aviation for over 20 years and also in M&A for the last 10 years we know the aviation business ad we know how to manage companies of over 100 million in revenue per year! We would be willing to look at some equity or debt or a combination of both. Time is of the essence as every day we are not running with the most profitable aircraft is money out of our pockets.
