Investment Fractions is a private lending company that will finance real estate developments. Unlike other private lenders, Investment Fractions goes one step further by giving investors the opportunity to receive an annual return rate of 10%, regardless of time or account balance. All loans will be divided into $500 shares which will generate $50 yearly interest. All members will have the ability to hold or sell their portion of the loan, and because interest is earned on a daily basis, each shareholder will be able to securely invest their funds.
