Description:
I need funding to rebuild a boutique hotel in Thailand. Looking to build a 14 suite complex with pool restaurant and spa. A hotel already exists on the property but it is only 5 units and need to create more revenue by rebuilding, renovating is not an option. The property is one of the only parcels that is beachfront on the most popular beach in Phuket, Patong Beach.
