Our company invests in property in up-and-coming countries & resorts around Europe.
We then market these properties to be shared between 4 - 10 investors over a 10 year period.
If 4 people share a property that will mean they will each get 3 months per year in THAT property only. Those 3 months can be used for private use or can be rented out by the investor, who will keep all funds from the rental.
