Description: WHO ARE WE AND WHAT IS OUR VISION: Life Media Network LLC. (herein referred to as LMN) is an IPTV Network whose fundamental goal is to provide information and entertainment through the new media known as Internet Protocal Television. If you take the time to Google IPTV you will understand that this is the latest technology that will revolutionize entertainment to even a greater degree than cable television did. IPTV is also a two way street that will allow information to be sent to or received from an affiliate member. Our vision is to offer this new media through churches becoming affiliates and being able to send and receive information at a very reasonable cost to enable them to broadcast at the lowest possible setup cost. There are 500,000 churches in the United States, and our five year goal is to achieve 1% penetration of the domestic market (5000 churches). LMN is also capable of serving schools, hospitals, and businesses that move large amounts of data to different locations. Achieving 1% penetration of the domestic market (5000 churches) will make LMN a $30 million USD revenue company. We have two other projects in preproduction that we have not completed the PPMs for but will be packaging soon. All of the investments above are structured as RegD 506 offerings.
