We are a smaller distribution company servicing NY and NJ areas. We currently are looking to distribute 5-6 lines of products really focusing and building those brand names. Right now we distribute an Energy Drink called HYPE and this has really taken off for selling it in only 2 months. We are currently in 350 stores covering 6 counties in NY and 6 more in NJ. We are in some of the top clubs in NYC and NJ. Since we have expanded very quickly we would like to use this money to buy 2 warehouses, 4 trucks, pay for lots of product, and some working capital.
