Preparation is underway for mid-2018 launch of CloudCover’s software-defined Risk IT Orchestration (RIO) service suite, providing cyber safety and underwriting analytic data necessary for data insurance to Enterprise IT Events and their network infrastructures.
The Company is now entering a commercialization phase of its life-cycle. Over the next 6-8 months, the Company is evaluating, testing products with a major telco and cloud service provider to possibly be
introduced into their channels as a Regulatory and Compliance Search (RACS) lookup platform that include government Enterprise partners in a “sell-to / sell-thru” recurring revenue model.
The Company is offering a preferred stock offering of $500K. This will be followed by larger D Series offering rounds in 2018-19 to fund roll-out and expansion of the RIO-as-a-Service cyber-insurance solution and reserve needs.
