I have a company that works with home owners to find Lease Option tenants. Because of the market in Las Vegas. I would like to find an investor or several that would lend me money to buy REO properties at $30-$50/sf. I would like to borrow the money for 3-7 years at 7-8% (possibly) secured by the real estate. Then I would Lease Option these properties to some of my list of tenant/buyers. I think I could easily do 3-5/mo, therefore I would need to have the funds readily available. I would also, be amiable to a partnership, if that would be a better fit.
