We are looking to buy a small farm (up to 40 acres) to provide training for animals, including horses, to be used for therapy to the disabled. Our son is disabled, so we would have more than the usual interest in how these animals are taken care of and trained.
We are also interested in providing a local source for organic produce, meat, and dairy products for individuals, like my son, who have compromised immune systems and/or food allergies. The closest market that supplies these items is 45 miles away. 75% of this market's business is in my local, a 20 mile radius.
