Description: Unified Businesses offers barter and trade account management, consulting, marketing, promotion and accounting. We bring local, national and international like minded businesses together and create a platform for businesses to use trade and barter to become an effective method of increasing sales, conserving cash, moving inventory, and making use of excess production capacity for businesses as close as being a local partner or as far a across the world away. Unified Businesses is offering to help to create a secondary currency that has a direct correlation to the local and global economic market, but is not directly influenced by economic deficiencies or burdens. Our exchange offers to change the face of local trade and barter on a global scale. Across the world there has been an increase in trade and barter since the mid 1800’s. Growth in the global market since 1979 has been massive. There are close to 400 global trade exchanges, all with the same business model in mind. The concept of charging fees for trading with in their own exchange organization, thus creating a gross mismanagement of valuation of services and goods because of inflation for fees. With our business model, the value of the goods and services are the value of the goods and services with no need for inflation based on extraneous fees attached to the process. With a total global trade estimated in the 5 trillion dollar range, the amount of fees accessed would be in the range of 500 million dollars. That number has a direct reflection against the global trade economy. Getting rid of the fees means a more accurate representation of the trade value. While there are a large number of trade exchanges in the global, the most dramatic difference between Unified Businesses and all other organization in the market place is the drive to create a true and accurate valuation of the services being offered without the influence of an ever changing fee based exchange. There are no trade fees, there never will be trade fees with Unified Businesses. All services will be offered through trained trade consultants and managed by trained trade coordinators. At start up we will employ 50 Business Trade Consultants and 5 Business Trade Coordinators. We will have 3 entry to mid level staff for billing, reception and office management. The management team will consist of Christopher Trumm, Adam Robison, Taren Robison and Stephanie Trumm. Christopher comes to use with 20 years in training and management. He has extensive knowledge of operation, and management of call center based organizations. With awards from several sales organization for top sales training classes, Christopher looks to take the market by storm. Adam comes to Unified Businesses from the financial industry. Adam has owned and operated successfully for several years multiple financial organizations with the drive to better the economy. Taren and Stephanie will have direct management of the customer service, human resources, AP/AR and the office manager. Stephanie comes to us with an extensive management background. Having successfully managed a crew of technicians and sales reps in the personal training industry. Our customers will benefit from the extensive background of all of our personnel with regard to customer service. Based on massive growth in our market place and on a global level, we are projecting a first year gross income of $9,030,000.00 with a net income of $4,393,000.00 after salaries, expenses, building rental, computers and furniture. We are asking for up to $200,000.00 in first year operating capital with the intent of paying that $200,000 back within the first 12 months of operation with interest and fees associated. Already, we have 202 members locally, and adding daily, and because of our partnered trade exchanges, our members have access to almost 50,000 world wide trade members. We plan, through the use of billboard, news paper, online trade and barter list companies (ksl, craigslist) and word of mouth, to build from 200 members to 12,000 in our first year. We are well on our way with the backing of the local and state chamber of commerce boasting memberships in the 4000 business range, offering a form of organized barter, but admittedly not as organized as something an exchange could offer. We look to creating such a dramatic difference in the market that our trade dollar will back the local currency, where in times of need, short cash flow, or any other economic barrier, our trade dollar becomes the way businesses do business with each other.
